I set up Nairns Anywhere
in 2000 in response to the huge, gaping void that
I saw for delivering restaurant-quality food in
any setting. At that time, no one provided the sort
of service I was after: catering that used the best
quality, organic produce and took it all over the
world.
Since then, we've grown to be a substantial player
in the market. We’ve handled contracts for
the Prince’s Trust, HBoS, Alliance & Leicester,
Stagecoach, the National Trust for Scotland, and
SBAAT, an event attended by the Princess Royal.
As Nairns Anywhere continues to expand, it shines
under the light of two stars: Brian Galbraith, our
general manager, and head chef Colin Halliday with
his dedicated team in the kitchen. My continued
involvement in Nairns Anywhere is down to these
guys and their hard work in keeping up the basic
ethos that I set out to achieve.
We still deliver a quality of food not normally
associated with event catering, and will not compromise
on service or produce no matter how small or large
the occasion. I really believe that these factors
are the reason for Nairns Anywhere’s success,
and why some of the world’s biggest companies
choose us to cater the events that really matter. |
