an excellent length of flavour, crisp yet rounded, full

Lovely straw yellow
colour with elegant aromas of lychees and butter. Full
and rich on the palate. Very clean as a result of no
oak at all.
SAUVIGNON BLANC PALOMA
DE LA PAZ,
RAPEL VALLEY CHILE
We picked our Sauvignon Blanc by hand and then cool
fermented it in order to enhance the gooseberry, citrus
aromas and freshness. The citric character and soft
tropical notes on the palate make this a perfect complement
to seafood.
